You want to sell your home, right?

Which of these six-packs will help you do that?

The agents or movers with these six-packs?

Dream Home Stager Training, California

This six-pack?

Dream Home Stager Training, Hawaii

 Or this six pack?

This six pack will help you increase the curb appeal of your home and it will help get potential buyers out of the car and into your home.  (And it's probably less expensive than either of the above choices.)

Dream Professional Home Stager Training, California

I like them all, Ginger! OK, i prefer wine, but I'm not fussy . . . I just planted pansies the other day at a client's vacant home in her urns by the front door. Pansies are the only thing that I know can survive the still-cold nights we occasionally will get here in north Jersey. The pots look so much better with flowers than with dirt! But I agree, having that hunky guy standing outside the house or mowing the lawn would certainly generate some buyer traffic!

Shar, that is exactly why I only pick hardy annual (snaps and pansies usually do fine even with some snow) for now and wait until late May for the less hardy.  Sorry about your forecast...I would be unhappy too!

Kathy, #1 remains unanimous with stagers but I know how they really feel......(=  Too hot is probably hard for many people to imagine right now.  Thank you.

Amy, I prefer wine too, unless the beer is really cold with sizzling pizza.  Have you tried snapdragons with pansies?  I always have good luck with both here and we are still COLD at night and sometimes they even over winter.  Glad that I cropped out the face of that guy or that's all that most stagers would see in this post.  Hmmm...pool guy?  Thanks for commenting

Actually the correct answer is, ALL OF THE ABOVE:

  • The 1st photo is actually the seller, a single male. The buyer is a single female. It's love at first sight and a full price offer is submitted. Cha-ching! (Disclaimer - the roles can be reversed with same outcome).
  • The 2nd photo of adult beverages; after consumption by the buyer, an acceptable offer is submitted and accepted by the seller. Cha-ching! (Disclaimer - the roles can be reversed with same outcome).
  • The 3rd photo is a gift presented to the seller by the buyer, along with an acceptable offer. Cha-ching!

Ola Ginger! These witty replies to your great post are just proof of the smarts here!

Have to agree with you on the 4 vs 6 pack price. When did these get so expensive?? I'm hoping my pansies will make it through our 95 degree April heat wave here :O

Kathy thank you.  I hadn't expect so much of a response on #1. LOL

Brian, yes it is and I'm glad I'm not selling now!  Thanks for stopping and commenting.

Janet, well you're certainly not alone there.  Thanks.

Mike you are too clever, thank you.

Tessa, 95 degrees...whoah. Isn't this continent amazing.  You have a heat wave while others have snow.  I'm actually considering going back to seeds but don't really want to.  Thank you for stopping and commenting.

Whoah!  Stop the bus!!!!!  You got me at picture #1.  Too funny.  Great way to capture people's attention and great message - a six pack of flowers will really add oomph to a listing.

Whoah back at you Sally, join the six-pack admirers club here.  AND his face is just as nice but I wanted to depersonalized this blog post so I cropped it out.  YES it is all about the flowers...LOL and thank you.

Hey Ginger, you must have edited this blog because the "star" was off just now. I'm moderating this week and if you do edit a featured blog in groups - it loses its star - just let me know if you do! It wasn't "unfeatured" !!

Janice...me too on that!  Pool guy, lawn guy, mail guy or whatever.  Thanks!

Karen, I did tweak things just a little and I wasn't concerned, but thank you, both for the feature and for the notice.  It has been a fun blog post.

Thank you Sandi.  #1's photo could have been taken at one of the so. cal. beaches where you work.  He was leaning against a palm tree at the beach.

I can't imagine using this analogy, in person with clients, but at least it's gotten some attention.  I appreciate you commenting.
