As a participating member if the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, first Community Mortgage, Inc. has Welcome Home Funds for buyers in Middle TN.  this is a grant of up to $5000.00 which can be used for both down payment and closing costs.  It is based on need.  it is designed to assist low to moderate income borrowers to achieve home ownership.  See my link here www.leebarroll.com for more information.
