5 Comments on How Does Your Neighborhood Score On Walking? Green Tip of the Day! Ken Courtade, Yes I Ken!, Keller Williams, Arlington

Yeah thats a cool site, I've used it before, thanks for sharing it with the AR community.  (I scored a 72...not bad, not great) :)

Ken - I recently posted about Henderson, NV being one of America's top 10 walking cities. The site you provided seems to measure things a little differently, but I can see where this still may be valuable to potential buyers.

Yes, it is - thanks for the comments, John and Stephen!

Yes, walk score is real a good idea! But why only walk score? How often do we walk nowadays? More and more people drive cars.I have also tried one more service at http://drivescore.fizber.com/. It is called Drive Score. With the help of it you can see how close establishments are by car. Try! It's really a perfect idea!

Thanks, Nika. The idea is for folks who want neighborhoods that are walkeable, so they do not have to drive and it perhaps feels more neighborhoodly also, less car-congested as some urban areas can be. But I do like the drive score as well. It can be useful for certain people as well. Thanks for the info.
