Tuckerton is a small Borough surrounded by Little Egg Harbor Township and to the east by the Little Egg Harbor.
One of the Tuckerton homes sold in March was a 3 bedroom 2 bath short sale. That ranch home closed at $80,000. The other home was a 2 bedroom 1 bath Tuckerton waterfront home, which sold for $178,000.
It's been a long time since home prices in Tuckerton, or anywhere at the Jersey Shore, have been this low.
