With only 6 sales March condo sales in Worthington schools were down 45.5% from last year.  Of course most buyers last year were subject to a tax credit.

In March 2011 condos in Worthington schools sold within 96% of list price.

Based on recent sales there are 19.8 months of inventory... definitely a buyers market for Worthington condos.
