Now May Be the Time to Buy A Home in the Pascack Valley

While listening to the radio today, this Realtor heard a quote by Alan Greenspan saying that he expected the Real Estate Market to Bottom out in the very beginning of 2008, and then begin to turn around.  As we know, everyone wants to buy at the bottom of the market.  However, the only way to know when you are at the bottom of the market is after it has already turned around.  And, of course, then it's too late. 

Why wait until the ball has gone back into the Seller's Court?  Right now there are some exceptional buys to be had.  There are homes going under contract the day they come on the market, purchased by Buyers who have been carefully following the market, and watching for exceptionally good values.

Educate yourself to what is happening.  You can search the entire MLS from my website, http://www.SusanLaskinRealtor.com, and watch the market as it adjusts to make buyers very happy.  Just don't wait too long;  the great buys currently here may soon disappear.  Remember, buying a home in the Pascack Valley in a buyers market indeed beats waiting until it becomes a Seller's Market.
