Looking For Continuing Education Credits?
If you are registered to practice real estate in Ontario, then you require 24 credits to renew your registration every two years. As an Approved Education Provider by the Real Estate Council of Ontario I have some courses that might meet your requirements:
- Law of Disclosure and the Use of the Seller Property Information Statement
- The Agreement of Purchase and Sale: A Detailed Analysis
- Chattels and Fixtures: The Law of Attachment
- Implications of the Competition Consent Agreement
- Surveys, Boundaries and Adverse Possession
- Family Law Act, Succession and Estate Planning in Ontario
These programs are offered through various real estate boards and associations, or may be offered at real estate brokerage offices. Call me to obtain further information.
