I have a home office, like many brokers do, and for about 7 years my ex-biz partner had set us up on a Microsoft Exchange Server for our email. That no longer is functioning as I've ported over to my managing broker's MES instead to make sure I'm compliant with State licensing requirements for capturing all digital communications with clients.
Since I don't use the MES system any longer, and the CRM tool that my old partner put in was never fully set up - I'm now wondering why the heck I have this big, expensive and difficult server set up.
I'm looking to pare down and am wondering what some of you might use that can run a network of 3 computers within a home office, and a networked printer, plus allow wireless access to my 4 team members when they come here for work and/or sales meetings.
Any suggestions?
