The Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing Arts in Bushkill, PA is back after being closed for the last couple of years. They made an announcement today with several acts lined up already including the legendary rock group KISS who will open the center on July 13. Other acts scheduled include ZZ Top on August 20, Frankie Valli and the Beach Boys on August 25 and Larry The Cable Guy helps to kick off the Pocono 500 NASCAR weekend with his hilarious comedy on August 6. The Mountain Laurel Center for the Performing Arts can provide a much needed boost to the local economy as well as job creation. I wish them the best of luck and am planning to attend my first ever KISS concert, practically right in my backyard. How awesome is that?
