If you are a new realtor and you want to succeed, here is a list of some critical things that will make that happen.
1 - Find a mentor or coach. Any realtor who you think is successful and want to be like.
2 - Listen to what they say and put it into action.
3 - Communicate with them consistently and learn as much as you can about the industry on your own.
4 - Make sure you are happy with the results and you are growing.
5 - Be patient, but if you feel that you are not getting the desired results, find a better coach/mentor.
6 - Always look for realtors similar to you and notice what kind of an impression they make on you and the people around you.
7 - Be brutaly honest and if you don't like what you see, improve yourself in that area.
8 - Never critisize anyone.
9 - Believe in yourself and always stay positive.
10 - Make sure you have a healthy diet, exercise and have good sleeping habits.
