This Sunday, April 24, 2011 is Easter. For those of you who are unsure how you will be celebrating, why not enjoy Easter in the Park in College Station? The Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church will be holding a sunrise service beginning at 7am in College Station's Central Park. After the service, attendees will enjoy a complimentary breakfast service in the park's pavilion as well as an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. This is all provided absolutely free to anyone who attends. But, Easter in the Park isn't the only way to celebrate Easter Sunday.
The Central Baptist Church (1991 FM 158 Road, College Station) will be presenting its own Easter Pageant from 7am to 4pm. Tickets are only $8 each. To order your tickets, please call (979) 776-9977, ext 210.
The Messina Hof Winery (4545 Old Reliance Rd, Bryan) will be featuring a special three-course Easter meal on Sunday at their Vintage House Restaurant. Wine will be served with each course. To make your reservations, simply call (979) 778-9463, ext 234. The cost for this delectable meal is $32.95 per person.
The Aldersgate Church (2201 Earl Rudder Fwy South, College Station) will be hosting a free pancake breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt to the public for free beginning at 8:30am. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10am and is open to children from toddler age to 6th grade.
