I read this book and it is very worthwhile and helpful to real estate agents.

Good morning Peter and Linda, like anything else, knowledge, persistence and the willingness to work are the keys to real estate investing. Reading books and using internet resources are surefire ways to acquire the knowledge. Persistence and the willingness to work are traits that anybody can acquire with the right frame of mind.

Good morning and thanks for the feedback, yes it is one of the better investment strategy and concept books, building a real estate portfolio with a real system, makes it almost bullet proof

thank you for your comments, without a doubt, by applying these relatively simple principals, one would become an authority in just about any field in very little time and applies to just about and subject or trade.
I know the authors of that book believe in SYSTEMS too!! I think that is one major key to successful real estate investing!

good morning and thank you for your comments, Yes, the book is a big promoter of creating ssytems and implementing them to stay focused and on track. It takse the guessing out of anything...
I'd have to say persistenance, systems, research,knowledge and most importantly failure are crucial to becoming successful. I'm grateful for all my ups and downs because they truly make you an expert! I love that "Cash flow machines"! Thanks Danielle

Thank you for your feedback, and you are so correct, making a few mistakes is a great way to learn, although we hope to reduce and minimize those as much as possible, by working with teams of real experts.
