Well today is a nice and mild day here in New Hampshire. Temperature should reach close to 60 today.

I have a showing at 1:30 this afternoon and the New England Patriots are playing at 4:15 PM. The timing couldn't be better I like the later games because I can get a lot more done befor the game starts.

We are located in the eastern most section of the eastern time zone which makes our sunsets quite early. Today the sunsets at 4:13 pm and we should see darkness by 4:30.

So when I settle in my easy chair this afternoon The Patriots take on the "Monsters of the Mid-way" The Chicago Bears who are 9-1 and the Patriots are 7-3.

All the Patriots losses have been at home. I think the biggest part of that is the horrendous field conditions that they played on. I know the other teams they lost to also had to play on the same conditions and I should note that that is no excuse.

i think the Pats will win, they are up against the #1 defense and Da Bears are up against the #2 defense. I just hope the offensive line can protect Brady so he can march down the field.

It will be a tough game and I can't wait for it to start.

Go Pats !!!

The Pats won this hard fought game 17-13

Geez...I come in to comment on one of your posts and it's about football. What am I supposed to do with this...

Oh. I know...How about a joke...

A little Bear is at his custody hearing. The judge asks the little bear whom he wants to live with. Well, I don't want to live with Mamma bear, she beats me. And I do not want to live with Papa Bear, he beats me too. The Judge asks little bear if he has any relatives whom he likes. Little Bear says no. . . I want to live with the Chicago Bears, the don't beat anybody.

Patriots are ahead by 4,  17-13 worth a few bucks.

Patriots have 3 minutes and 11 seconds left worth a few more bucks.

Your comment  PRICELESS

Glad to see the Patriots get the win. Chicago doesn't seem like a legitimate 9-2 team. There was a profile of the Patriots earlier today - their philosophy was described as "Team First, Team Only."

Hi John,

The Patriots have always stressed that there is no I in TEAM when they won their first Super Bowl against the St. Louis Rams they were 14 point underdogs. When the teams were announced the Rams came out one at a time and the Pats came out as a team.

That was so cool. The Bears will clinch  their division and be in the playoffs. They are a very physical team. They really attack the ball.

I'm glad teh Pats won too.

Thanks Jay

Hi Dave,

Actually I know quite a bit about football see:

That was taken in 1991. I used to be able to name all the teams. This was one of those if you can't beat 'em join ''em deals...:0)

I want to be to know who the teams are again...

I figure if I keep this box checked that will be inevitable.

I am gonna have to leave that whole "tights pants" thing alone. One of our Sons is stalking me on AR...LOL...

He's excelling at finding me. :0)

Please make sure you show this to YLW...
