ReStyled to Sell Home Staging specializes in staging occupied and vacant homes for resale, but there are those times when a client calls and needs their present space updated. In our business we call this Interior Redesign. I love these jobs because you can buy items that may not necessarily appeal to all people, but that definitely suits your clients.

This is a remodel of a small half bath in Sayreville, NJ. I loved choosing items for this space because as you can see the former bath was tired, old, and definitely in need of modernization. My client was a young girl who was recently divorced and proud to have her first home. She was now ready to change her home to reflect her new life.

Is this not the coolest sink you have seen. I loved this sink because it has a formal, grand appearance, yet fits so well in this small space. She originally thought she would only be able to put a pedestal sink, but that was a bit boring. So we shopped and found this sink which she loved. The cost was about $398.00 and yes, I found it in Lowe's.

The wall color is Antique Lace by Benjamin Moore which a very soft, creamy yellow. We added wainscoting around the bottom of walls and added accents of rich russets, red and creams. The new floor tile was added throughout the space right into her laundry room.

The best part of this redesign was her family room....those pics will follow shortly.

Phyllis, I love that look!  I came from Lowes just yesterday looking for a new sink and cabinet!  And loved that look but my problem was there were no lights over the sink on the mirror and no place to attach them....any ideas?  I'm curious where you put the lights.  You did a beautiful job!
