In Mongomery County, MD we have had 130 leads in the last 6 months.  The end/begining of the year is slow for real estate (obviously) so that number is somewhat low.  We'll probably average about 30 - 40 new leads per month.

I understand your concern. The one place where you are wrong, however, is that the agent's job is not to convince the sellers that investors don't exist.  The agent's job is to present a realistic option.  Most sellers love the idea of selling fast, but are unaware that most investors are going to offer them 40% - 60% of actual market value.  The far majority of our sellers end up using an agent in the end.

Hi Karla,

We have around 35 to 45 leads per month in New Castle County.  Our biggest month was 73 leads.  Our smallest month was around 15.
