Ray Saenz has been a very busy blogger - so much so that while I was distracted by the holiday week events and did not faithfully comment or blog to the maximum, I now find him looking over my shoulder in the points list!
This is a good thing, as he is spurring me on to get back to business and blog. I think his posts are great, and I need to set aside some time to read the Realty Blogging book which arrived yesterday - Tony won't miss it amongst the piles of paper in his office! I really need to work on "gold stars" - more because they signify that the posts that earn them are great quality and therefore should get good readership - which hopefully translates into additional business!
At this pace, regardless of who is ahead of who, I think Ray and I may both reach the exalted ranks of Page 1 in the points sooner than I would have thought possible!
