September 2007 Market Condition Report for Clark County's:

Camas & Washougal Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Camas - Washougal, Washington homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of September, 2007.  

This month has 34 fewer Camas - Washougal homes in the active category, and the average days on the market has crept up by three days, which is not much change.  For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is now about 82 days -- 5 days more than last month's report, and 15 days more than two months ago. 

For the first half of 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for Camas and Washougal ranging from: $354,200 to $445,300; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $305,500 to $395,000.  The County-wide Average Home Selling Price is: $309,300;  while the Median Selling Price is: $264,900.
