Palos Verdes Homes Tour

There were 35 homes on the April 12, 2011, Palos Verdes real estateBroker’s Tour.  We currently have 254 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from 699,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $12,800,000 in Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $569,000).  There are 81 Palos Verdes townhomes for sale priced between $185,000 and $2,495,000.  My favorite homes on tour today were:

Teresa Workman’s (Scott Anastasi Realty) 28111 San Nicolas Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above left) is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2,986 square foot home for $1,499,000.  This remodeled Los Verdes home has ocean views from nearly every room, a gourmet kitchen and a pool.  Chris Adlam’s (Peninsula Sotheby’s Int’l Realty) 4962 Silver Arrow Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above right) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,500 square foot home for $1,195,000.  This upgraded Peninsula Center home features dazzling city lights views, air conditioning and a sparkling pool.
