I believe that flyers should stand out. Something no one has seen before yet wants them to come back for more.

I created this series and they are going around the town. Originality and showing my playful/creative side helps me to stand out.

Here is my recent take on another Fairy Tale tying it to Real Estate. I hope you enjoy it!

Another great sketch!  Princess and the Pea is what I've been called for years!  I'm extremely sensitive...especially my feet...very difficult to find shoes that don't "bother" me.  Temperature, sound, everything has to be just right.

Jill, did you have ALL those mattresses? 20 in total as the tale says. Print, that's another topic. My company says they have their own art dept. so I do these for my customers and e-mail them or print them and put into folders i make up weather listing or buying a home.

I was addicted to Shelly Duvall's Faery Tale Theater and I own most of the Tapes.. (HA) - This by far was my favorite with Liza Minelli as the Princess. :)

Juli, I start with 1 hour research looking for images that support my concept, then I do a rough sketch to plan it out, and my final sketch can take 2-3 hours depending on my multi-tasking.

Ellen, I looked through all you Whale's tails and this one is my favorite. You are very good at all of them but this one is just perfect! Sorry I don't have time to comment to all of them, the one about Roger is hilarious. I was thinking that maybe you can make a whale tail for each of your listing and post it on MLS. It will be really unique and draw buyer's attention.
