I’ve lived in the greater-Nashua, NH area for over 20 yearsand have tried the services of nearly every “page 1” Google search HVAC company in the area. Over the years I’ve required Furnace, A/C, Water Heater, Propane Fired Appliances and Water Treatment services. Sometimes jobs required emergency attention; other times I’ve needed diagnostic services and consulting services to help evaluate the life-expectancy and condition of major HVAC systems.
With few exceptions, I’ve gotten service that I’d rate as “Fair to Moderate”. It seems that some HVAC dealers and service companies run hot and cold on the basics of Customer Service, On-Time Arrival, On-Quote Charges, and Service After The Sale, assuming you actually get someone on the phone to begin with. From blow-hard owners who talk over the customer to justify over-priced bills and delayed service, to technicians who simply cannot seem to order the correct parts or show up on time, I've had disasterous service calls.
