Did you see the report on the Realtor.com? Buyer traffic is climbing up. I think it’s partially because in many parts of the country the market is getting better. Also, spring is here, and that’s always a time when many buyers get serious.
So what does that mean?
* If you need listings sold:
- Get your listings ready. Make sure they are in top shape.
- Reduce the price if the property has not gotten any offers in the last 30 days.
- Resubmit to the MLS as a new listing (if it’s allowed).
* If you need listings:
Follow up with all your seller leads. Send them a copy of the report with a note:

Some good news.... Home buyer traffic is going up. There is a new report on the Economist’s Outlook and it shows that potential buyer traffic is climbing.
That means this may be a good time to put the house on the market so we can sell it quickly and for a good price.
