Title companies, which do you prefer??

I currently use Lawyers Title, First American and ACT. 

I've only had a problem once and First American came through--- My Buyer purchased a home.  During the time she purchased the home she was involved with a certain individual, then two years later they broke off the relationship.

A while later, someone came knocking on her door stating she needed to vacate the property because she was no longer the owner.  This happened when the market was HOT and appreciations were common!

The title was switched to this individual and somehow they refinanced with this person---FRAUD!

First American came to her rescue!  They cleared the problem for her.
