Liz, that is one squeaky clean property. Anything but renting, throwing cash in the trash and helping the apartment house landlord put his kids through very expensive colleges. The apartments with all those screaming tenants, the ones keying your car but denying it and keeping you up nights. This is one ideal for any age buyer on one floor property. Good post presentation, layout too!
