In September of 2007 there were 12 homes that closed within the month for Milford MA. This is an decrease of 12 units as there were 24 homes that closed in September of 2006.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2007 was $303,092

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2006 was $349,256

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2007 was $289,604

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2006 was $338,740

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford in September of 2007 was 85 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford September of 2006 was 142 days.

 

7 homes went under agreement in Milford MA in the month of September. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $284.186 The average time on the market for these Milford homes were 91 days.

In Milford MA for the period of January to Septmeber of 2007 there were 105 properties sold.
