Pictures for Homes

I am always wondering why anyone would put the Bathrooms in the MLS system first?  It really turns me off when I see this happening.  I personally think with the way you input listings that the Batroom pictures should be last.  It sends out a message to me when I see this.  You are indicating the home is in the toilet or something along those lines, you know what I mean.

I can understand when the Bathroom is so luxurious taking a couple of pictures and putting towards the back of photo gallery. This is only my opinion.  What do you think.

I try to move through the house, from the outside from through the house to the outside back.  The bathroom (if it appeared, it would be because it's something special - either a spa bath or a clawfooted tub or some such) would be definitely further on in the tour.

Many do not put any pictures.  If I see the bathroom first, I assume the rest of the house is so bad they feel that is their best selling feature.

The one that that really got me was a home in the valley with three beach pictures.  There was a note that it was a short drive to the beach.
