Happy Easter & THANKS, ActiveRain Staff!!! You Are The Best!!!

I would like to shout out a big T H A N K Y O U to the awesome staff at ActiveRain!

Being shut out of ActiveRain was a stressful time for me and for most of us dedicated addicted ActiveRain bloggers! I think we don't know stress at the level our ActiveRain Staff experienced during the massive server problem which shut ActiveRain down!

As loyal ActiveRain members we should have pulled out our patience, right? WRONG! Were you patient? Not me! I wanted ActiveRain and I wanted it immediatley! Did being shut down impact my day? You bet!

Thinking it over this morning, I realize, I know, I admit....my stress level had to be a tiny portion of one percent of what the ActiveRain Staff members were experiencing. I have only been a member of ActiveRain about six months, but I already know these folks are here for us and their mission is to make things work for us. I would imagine the shut down experience for our ActiveRain Staff would be much like being parents to a home filled with children experiencing problems of which they could not immediately help! I can feel the pain here!

The biggest impact technology has had on most of us is that We Want It Now! This is the age of instant gratification and we don't want to wait a few seconds or minutes for anything, much less hours or days! Technology is a magical thing to me - when it works! When it doesn't work it creates an instant crazy keyboard pounding fit throwing brat.....until it works again....and I turn into a smiling poster child blogger again! Until the next time! ;)

First thing I checked this morning was ActiveRain! IT WORKED! Do I hear a distant sigh of relieve from the Staff?

I, for one, want to wish each and every ActiveRain Staff member a blessed and Happy Easter weekend and hope that it will also be restful and stress free! You are the best!

By the Way....HAPPY EASTER to all ActiveRain Members, enjoy the season, be productive, and may your blogging be peaceful and trouble free!

Just saying from my Rockwall County home on Lake Ray Hubbard....Enjoy the reason for the season, Happy Easter!

Good morning, Barbara....I lost my patience for the first time with ActiveRain tech staff....this is NOT a new occurrence with this site....if it were, I'd be very patient, just as I have been....there are 200k+ members and the AR staff is promoting existing members to invite more....I have been....I've now invited 47 members....do you really think I can honestly promote more members??? this system should have been fixed by now....

on a more positive note, have a Happy Easter, Barbara....

Barbara - Technology is an issue that continues to impact our days in every way. I hope that they do have the big fix in place now.

Craig - I love your comment! I have managed nearly a hundred agents at one time and it was a balancing act every day...imagine how it would be to try to please and answer to over 200,000 people, especially "driven" people as most of us in real estate industry! Happy Easter to you too!

Hi Barbara, the little AR hiccup over the weekend broke my daily logged in streak, ever since I gain accessed to my account again back in February after a four year hiatus, i have not missed a day logging in and participating.
