We'd had enough of rain for a while, and with no work obligations in sight, Marjie and I headed across the Cascades where the sun always shines (comparatively speaking) to enjoy some biking on the Chamna Nature Preserve, On the Richland River Trail and Today on the Sacajawea Trail. You have a great day. We will too.
Oh please send some rain our way. We are having a severe drought. By the way - Happy Easter.
What a great way to spend the day together. Here we had to deal with downpour all day.
Paula - I wish I could do that. You're having a terrible time with fires.
Jennifer - I can feel your rain.
Glenn - Looks like a great time! My wife and I keep threatening to get our bikes out,. too. Enjoy!
Glen-Nice get-a-way. Is that a Activerain sweat shirt on Marjie? Congratulation is in order by the way. Have an nice Easter.
Adrian - Heade home now. Had fun, and thanks. Amazing what can be accomplished in just 15 months.
Glenn,
32 miles? That's a car ride.... Hmmmm.... I need to get my bike out of the garage and onto the pavement a little more, I guess.
Sheila - We did and we found lots of sunshine too.
Mike - We rode 59 miles over the three days. Had so much fun in the Chamna Natural Preserve Friday we went back for ten more miles on the way home Sunday.
HI GLENN! Well it looked like a beautiful day for a bike ride! 59 miles is something too!
Biking is neat and you cover lots of ground, see some sights and can coast. Can't do that walking, jogging. Makes you feel like a kid again and now we can leave the yard anytime we want.
Gab - It was a beautiful day.
Andy - It makes me feel like a kid again, but I'm married. Still need to say where I'm going and when I'll be back. :)
Come seek some sun really, really east.... You and the wifey bring the bikes to my neck of the woods and let's go riding. I'll buy dinner!
Craig - You'll make me wear the sweater, I know you will...and my wife will want to use in a picture for our Christmas Card.
Ha! Ha! Ha! Just come on by. We'll talk about the sweater when you get here!
Today the rains escaped us and left us with 70 degree weather. It was so nice to get out, take the camera out and get some awesome pictures. It has been over 3 months since I have been able to do that.
Todd, I told my wife that I thought today was the first nice and warm day we've had this year, and consequently for about 8 months.
