The Maumee real estate report for 4/23/11 presented by Roger Davidson. All of these properties are in the highly regarded Maumee schools system.
There are 96 single family homes presently on the market, thirty have been sold since the beginning of the year, and 13 are in the pending/contingent status, which means that an offer has been accepted but closing has not occurred.
We have eight condos for sale in the Maumee schools district today, with one sold so far this year, and none in the pending/contingent status.
There are two multi-family investment opportunities available in Maumee.
