What a wonderful letter from the sellers describing what they like about their home and community. That is a great idea, Debe!
Debe - what a wonderful way to intrduce your listing, but even more so to share the love that these sellers have for their home. I know a couple of agents who are using video as well to share the sellers' story. Great idea!
I so enjoyed our talk last night - hope the next time may be face to face.
Jeff
Wow, what a wonderful post. Smart way to communicate what it's like in Charlotte. I've been there and it's absolutely lovely - the place and the people.
I suggest this since I think it's such a great way to introduce a listing. Love it. Oh, and lovely home, btw.
Thanks, Virginia! This actually sold a home for me in Foxcroft this year! My sellers printed my post here and the buyers fell in love! I love it when my sellers write these for me as it really does help the buyers to see beyond the brick and mortar!
Jeff: Thank you so much--it is always a real treat to get to speak with you. I'm not quite to the video aspect of this plan yet but, it's in the works! Folks at my office are doing those but, I'm just not there yet! Hope to see you F2F SOON!
Debbie: Well, thank you so much! Charlotte is a gorgeous city and this home is located on nearly an acre--great privacy yet still so near to everything that Charlotte has to offer.
Hi Debe...I have requested letters from sellers also as I believe they provide a very personal perspective to the house. Including it in the flyer enables buyers to understand the sellers feelings about their home.
You are doing a very thorough job of marketing this lovely home.
Kate
Debe --- these types of letters from owners are very appealing to potential new owners. It doesn't seem as much as a sales pitch as a love letter of their home and neighborhood.
You are so lucky to live in such a great area! Thank you David & Megan for sharing your story and I bet you will appreciate the finer things that Charlotte has to offer even more when you visit in the future!
This is really such a fabulous idea Debe. As if you could improve any more on your listing presentations this personal touch is the icing on the cake!
Debe,
you made me read slowly and visualize every feature of the area. What an excellent idea using the letter written by the Sellers. And making it not "What the Buyer is getting" but rather "what the sellers will be missing" is genius
I have not read such letters on AR, you are our lighthouse.
Congratulations.
Kate: You're so sweet! I do work hard at it, for sure! If my sellers aren't happy, nor am I!!
Michael: Exactly! I believe that's what sold one for me earlier--the fact that the letter wasn't pushy sales but, rather human.
Renee: Thanks so much! They're gems to work with!
Lee & Carol: I love doing this but, can't seem to convince everyone what an impact this has on buyers!
Jon: You're such a sweetie, Papa Jon! Thank you! I know that these sellers have loved living here--I live in the area as well and it's a great location--with awesome schools and SO much to do! That's easier to 'sell' than being pushy about the home, for SURE!
What could be a better marketing piece for a home than the Sellers. This is fabulous Debe.
Thank you Janie! I thought it was a beautiful write-up as well.
