My Sister's Dining Room

THE DINING ROOM

I've recently visited my sister, who bought a new house.  Although, the house was just finished (inside and outside  :)  I wasn't expecting what I saw...

Unfortunately I didn't have my full camera gear, but at least I had a tripod and the camera  :)

I couldn't resist, and had to take pictures although the lighting wasn't at its best...  So far this is one of my favourite one of her house...

Hi Janis,

I know huh!!!  It is so modern and neat (tidy) looking... Just made me wanna move in with them  :)

I like the black, gray and white balance through out the living room/dining room area

Mehmet, no kids or pets I would guess.  Those of us with either or both only dream of rooms like that!

Terry,

She has one kid, but she is only few months old...  Once the baby grows to eb 2-3 years old, I bet, her house won't look like this  :)

Wow...for a guy in suburbia with 4 kids, this looks like something from science fiction...or an art gallery.

I think I have this sort of minimalism in me. I just can't find it underneath the crayon drawings!

Great photo.

Joey,

After reading the comments, I realized why I liked this picture  :)   It is becasue, almost all of us are in the same situation.  We all have kids and what we are seeing is far from what we can have.  But once her kid starts walking, I am assuming that she will be in our shoes, too  :)

Yeah Mehmet, I can see goobers all over that white furniture :-)  Good think she doesn't have kitties!

I know huh... I think that is another reason why they don't have pets  :)

Met - when I hit the lotto and get rid of the kids, that is the kind of house I'm going to have.  Minimalist modern, I love it.
