2nd Annual Placer Food Bank Poker Run - May 14, 2011 at Roseville Yamaha (Roseville, CA)
Jake Coplen, the Poker Run's organizer (and a Granite Bay High School senior), invites everyone to come out for a charitable motorcycle ride to benefit the Placer Food Bank, a non-profit food assistance agency located at 8284 Industrial Avenue, Roseville, CA 95678.
The Poker Run event is open to riders of all experience levels and all makes and models of motorcycles and is sponsored by Roseville Yamaha, located at 2014 Taylor Road, Roseville, CA 95678. Riders can register/check-in at the Roseville Yamaha parking lot at 9am and enjoy free coffee, donuts and bagels before the ride starts at 10am. Registration fee is $30 or $40 for 2-up riders. Everyone is welcome to contribute more money or donate non-perishable food items.
***100% of the proceeds from the 70-mile Poker Run Motorcycle Ride go to Placer Food Bank***
During the scenic ride through the foothills, there will be 5 poker stops for participants to collect their poker hands. After the ride, enjoy complimentary hot dogs while listening to PushBack (a local band) at Roseville Yamaha...see you there! :)
