Smart "Fortwo"

Produced in France by the Mercedes Car Group, the "Fortwo" model has been on a 50-city U.S. tour this summer, including Detroit, Smart USA's corporate headquarters. At only $12,000, and Fuel Efficiency around 40 MPG, this car will be hard to beat for the economically minded comsumer. Read more about the smart at the following link:

I am in Salt Lake and we need to imporve our (green )valley but everyone needs to pitch in and help! We need to drive less and have a better product.

A small step in a direction that needs attention. Take as many Green iniativies you can. There are Green certifications from business to building. Go for it.

How do you think the Smart would do on our mountain roads? As an EcoBroker, what do you think the future of transportations will be...electric, solar, hydrogen, etc...? Do you think the batteries used in Hybrid cars are worse for the environment than the benefit gained from lowered emissions? And finally, what do you think the chances are of the government moving tax breaks from 6000gvw autos to more environmentally proactive ones?
