Spring has sprung thru-out my gardens in Charlotte, NC

My iris gardens have sprung with spring due to all of the recent rains and mild temperatures.  I love it early in the morning and so enjoy taking my cup of coffee and walking around the yard accompanied by LadyLilly, BABE and Guthrie. (my three Boxers).  Every morning there is a new gift from nature as a new bloom greets the day.

Today I had to take several pictures of our one iris garden.  Please enjoy!

I actually cut this one off and brought inside to enjoy for Easter week-end.  My mother absolutely loves Iris and was so thrilled and happy with this one.

They are all beautiful and have many more that are getting ready to bloom.

Have a wonderful Easter.

Hi Judith.  Happy Easter.  I love your flowers.  Mine wouldn't last long.  Rocky does love biting the heads off of flowers.

Hi Deborah, transplant your iris to a new spot.  You have to have some for they are absolutely beautiful.  I agree....they have a very soft scent.  Happy Easter!

Hi Sussie, yes we can do tulips and daffodils.  We have many daffodils but I have not planted any tulips.  They are pretty but do not last very long.  I hope you are having a great Easter.

Hi Will....thank you....I love our yard as well.  I have many places to dig and plant which I am always doing.  I need to borrow Rocky from Belinda.  He could help me dig.  I hope you and your family are having a beautiful Easter.

Hi Belinda, thank you for your compliment concerning my garden.  That is so funny that Rocky bites the tops off of flowers.  I am very lucky with my gang.  They stay out of the gardens.  I hope you are having a beautiful Easter!

Hi Valerie, thank you for complimenting my Iris garden.  They are coming up everywhere and are beautiful.  Your flowers are a little slower due to your weather but you will be enjoying soon.  Enjoy the rest of your day!
