I was recently surprised by the response and lack thereof to a blog I sent out. On April 6th (a little more than 2 weeks ago) I offered a new FREE Home Warranty to any buyers who used Gateway Funding for their mortgage. The warranty comes with an added dimension of assurance...a one year job loss protection. Gateway Funding will provide up to $1,000 per month for three months toward your mortgage payment if you lose your job.
The surprise was that I received several calls from buyers interested in the program but not one real estate agent showed any interest.
