It was an interesting week at Active Rain, especially with the announcement that one of the sons I forgot to have, Jon Washburn, has moved onto his next great adventure. Then the whole operation came to a grinding halt - like the gerbils who keep the system running smoothly took the day off to give him a going away party? A day without Active Rain was pretty interesting!
So moving right along, here are my faves for last week:
1. Adam Malachi: The 10 Brainiest Cities in the USA. Who knew DC was #3? Must be all those smart lawyers and politicians!
2. Kristine Ginsberg: Today, I’m All About Flower Collages! Active Rain has another terrific photographer (and very fun blogger) with Kristine.
3. Kirsten Lindquist: We Want to Make an Offer But We're Scared! Maybe this should be a public post. Whatever her clients have, all of mine have, too!
4. Navona Hart: Is the Wacky Neighbor Costing You a Sell? This happens a lot more than we think.
5. Mitchell Hall: Carnegie Hill: Manhattan Neighborhood Guide Mitch writes about my old neighborhood and reminds me why I love New York!
6. Karen Fiddler: I Love A Job Where I Can Work Barefoot This one brought a smile to my face! It's goofy and great.
7. Andre Aragon: Craig Daniels - I Don't Have Time to Read Your Blog Andre is brand new to Active Rain, and I think he's a new favorite blog buddy.
8. Loreena Yeo: What Does Rock Climbing Has In Common with Real Estate? Any time you need a pick me up, check out Loreena's blog.
9, Holly Kirby Weatherwax: What does 'Ratified Contract' Mean? This is a question I get a lot, and Holly answers it very well.
10. Andrea Swiedler: Telling me to STICK IT? That's a bit harsh.... don't you think??? I can just feel the rush Andrea got writing this one!
11. Cheryl Ritchie: Sensopia Magic Plan Apple App Measures and Sketches House Floor Plan FREE This is one I'm checking out today.
12. Lenn Harley: NUMBERS DON'T LIE. . . . WHEN LISTING AGENTS RUSH TO GET A HOME ON THE MARKET, THEY RISK A MUCH LONGER DOM Title says it all.
13. Charles Buell: How many nits could a nitpicker pick if a nitpicker could pick nits? This deserves a mention for the title alone!
14. Karen Bernetti: Did You Think Coffee Filters Are Just for Making Coffee? I don't know why this one caught my eye - it just did!
And 15. Judi Barrett: Passwords are like Underpants...you don't share them with anyone! Facebook passwords required by potential employers! This is just, well, intereting.
That's all for this week. I'm about to head over to Baltimore to spend this beautiful Easter Sunday with my family. It hink there's going to be a birthday cake in it for me! So Cheers! Have a wonderful Easter and a great week. See you next Sunday.
