February is Always a Good Month

My marketing guru taught me to keep track of things, and it’s amazing what one can do if one looks at what has happened during the same period in past years. I had an excellent open house yesterday. Why? Because past Easter Saturdays were successful, whereas Easter Sunday, not so much, so I didn’t have an open house today. It was off to the Zoo instead.

Brian - a sure sign that our spring market realy starts in February ..... and if you check will likly find that it is over by the time most think it is just starting already the number of properties available in our area has risen about 50% from earlier this year.

Spring markets are great.  Homes sales in Burlington are usually good and prises rise at a slow steady pace keeping the market good but semi-reasonable.
