First off, Happy Easter everyone!
Secondly, a funny thing just came to mind. Why is it that some agents will use the same photo for years upon years even though in some cases, their appearance has changed dramatically?
I'm guilty of the same thing. I've lost about 20 pounds since my photo was taken. However, my excuse is that I don't like to put on a suit, not even for a photo. LOL.
I actually use a mix of photos when blogging etc with more recent photos. I'm more of a casual guy and a the majority of my clients are either younger ones or investors looking at bombed out houses.
So, because of the types of homes that I show and the clientele that I work with, I typically will dress casually and I've been told numerous times that I'm "normal" and my clients like that.
(if they only knew how far from "normal" I really am) LOL.
Anyway, back to the purpose of my post. People, it's a fact of life, we are all aging and our looks are changing. (this is more geared towards the Glamor shot type photos) Update your photo and stop scaring your clients when you show up at the first appointment and you look like you've aged 20 years since your photo was taken.
Hopefully, I'm not offending anyone, that's not what I'm trying to do at all.
I just thought I'd pick somewhat of a different post for today, especially since it's a Holiday.
Make it a great day! You are the one in charge of that!
