Of course, with the passage of time, fallacy has become all to apparent. Pre-finished aluminum, steel, vinyl, and hardboard sidings deteriorate and eventually need to be restored. Many outside influences such as ultra-violet light, acid rain, and airborne pollutants will cause the original finish to fade, chalk, and become porous allowing dirt to penetrate the finished surface.

We begin by with a thorough surface preparation. We clean the surfaces of dirt, chalk, cobwebs, bug specks, mildew and loose flaking paint.
