Beth...normally I am not known as a 'Numbers" person--but have to admit, your charts / stats always intrigue me;
again, this time the New Listings --3 & Back on Market--1 are similar to Sold - 3 & Expired 1 ; combine those with the Pending or Active and you seem to be moving positively.
