You sure are making a difference there John. All the best to you! Our state legislature in Ca won't allow for deficiency judgements in CA on the first lien. Hope that you can get something like that in Florida.

@Vickie: In almost all cases, if there is a "true" hardship, on an owner occupied home, we can get the lender to waive a deficiency. Our biggest problem is getting the banks to recognize true market values as opposed to the ridiculous numbers that many BPO agents are feeding them.
