April Snow in the White Mountains of New Hampshire...gone by sunset.

We woke up to white mountains in the distance. Shot this from our kitchen Window - Easter Morning.

After a white Mountain Morning it warmed enough to rake...Sunday is not a day of rest for me. It's my only day to work around the house.  28 and Snowing at 8 am - 58 degrees by sunset at 8  pm...you have to love the weather in the mountains. In twelve hours last night snow disappeared.

Sunset Sunday -just another April day in the White Mountains. Snow in the Am -gone by the PM.

You know you are in New Hampshire, when you can shovel in the morning and rake in the afternoon.

Shovel in the morning and rake in the afternoon?  I love it!  We were in the 60's today and got to take the Harley out.  My first ride of the year.  It was great!

Sharon, that sounds like a blast...I'm happy to hear it was warm enough for bikes today.

Steve we had a bright and beautiful day today until the rain arrived this evening.  We had bright sunshine this morning and you had snow.  Crazy New England weather :)

San Diego, CA

Now I’m feeling a little shiver…. For the past several years I’ve gone to the San Diego Zoo on Easter Sunday, and that’s where I went today. It kept looking like it was going to rain, but rain clouds here in San Diego are usually all bluster.

Hi Steve, it was warm here yesterday too. Then it poured for most of the afternoon. Beautiful photo!
