The Manors at Fairwood Hills Home Owners' Association Meeting
If you happen to live in The Manors at Fairwood Hills in O'Fallon, Illinois, there's an Home Owners' Association (HOA) Meeting on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 7:00 P. M.
It will be held at the O'Fallon Public Safety Building on 285 North Seven Hills Road just across the YMCA Building in O'Fallon.

Yolanda: This surely is a good localism announcement for the HOA in your area letting them know about this upcoming meeting. We have our scheduled HOA meeting scheduled for May here at Canyon Springs Resort over here at Canyon Lake TX. Looks like our dues will be going up, but what isn't these days. Localism blogs are good way to get out the word.

You're correct--pretty much everything is going up: gas prices, HOA fees, my Realtor dues, but home values are still going down. :(

Yolanda, just as Carl and Ceil said, there here sure is a mighty fine Localism blog post! When folks live in a neighborhood that has a Home Owners Association, they sure do what to attend the meetings.
