How Far Do You Go For Your Buyers?

I was recently approached by two of my long term buyers.  They are both looking for equestrian property for horse farms.English Jumper  Having been given a set of parameters and turned loose I have found multiple properties that they can choose from.  Now of these properties they fall into three categories;  Publicly listed farms/land for sale, pocket listings (not public knowledge but I have an agreement that if I have a buyer that wants something like what they have I can bring them out), and last but not least land that is "not for sale publicly", not a pocket listing, but I have asked the owner if they will sell and been given a price. 

So does your agent go out of their way to find you the property you are looking for?  My team and I constantly go above and beyond for our clients.  Even to the point of contacting properties that are not for sale.  Everyone has a price it your buyers really want a home if it is humanly possible we will get it for you.

Larry, I agree with the other Larry (lol).  It's all about customer service and finding them exactly what they need...even if we have to dig for it!

Horse properties.  Hmmmmmm.  That's right up my ally.  I, too have an agreement with some sellers that have not listed their property, that if I have a buyer that is interested, to come on by.
