I recently sold a foreclosure this year in 2006.  I had to jump through many flaming hoops and did not enjoy working for the bank.  I've felt that I was at the bank's mercy, especially when only receiving a 2.5% commission.  If you have never dealt with a foreclosure and you need some good advice, feel free to give me a call at anytime.  If you are buying/selling a house in Asheville NC, I would be happy to assist you. Thank you and Good day!

If you start to deal in foreclosures in volume, the discount is not an issue.  1 seller gives you 10,20 or 30 deals ina year.  Yes there are hoops, but the cost of procuring the client is very low spread acorss the year.  In the end, you work for less per deal, but make more since you have flow.

Very true William.  Foreclosures are not my favorite types of deals.  The banks give you the run around more-so than a tough client.

Sorry, William, but did I miss the pros?  I agree that dealing with banks is definitely a challenge.  Sometime I really wonder if they want to sell.
