Sometimes we think that business will come to us just because we are in business. Many people and businesses make this mistake.
You might think that doing what someone else does in business will generate the same results. Why not? We hear this in business, to emulate what successful people do and you will get the same result. Not always true in Real Estate.
We sometimes feel that business will come to us from friends and family. This is a true double edged sword!
Real Estate is a business of relationships. The above business ideas do not work as they might if you were a painter or selling door knockers.
