The bigger the company, the more they "talk" about customer service. Great info! Personalized service will always overcome the companies that just talk about what they think they can do.

In this case, I am acquainted with the principals of this group and think highly of them. They run their concern with great efficiency and service. They are a force in that marketplace and they appeal to the mindset that likes that kind of business.
