Just about everyone who owns his or her home likes to keep tabs on the neighborhood. They want to know what homes in their neighborhood sold for. People always wonder how much the house down the street is listed for, how fast it sold, who sold it, and what it was sold for.
I am now offering a free service to anyone in the Edmond OK and greater Oklahoma City metro area that informs them on a monthly basis what the homes in their neighborhood sold for. Often people want to know, but don't want to trouble asking anyone, forget to call, or just plain get too busy. The way my service works is that once a month I'll send you an e-mail with the information about homes that sold in your area.
