This home offers a unique design providing the best of both worlds for all family members.  Mom and Dad can maintain their independent living on the main level.  They have their own front entrance with just two easy steps.

The master bedroom has an attached master bath plus an extra second bedroom and hall bathroom.  Hardwood floors throughout the home will ease any mobility issues.

Your parents can entertain their friends in the large living room or enjoy their own table-space kitchen. The dining room easily accommodates the extended family for entertaining during the holidays.

This home offers a wonderful arrangement for the holidays! There is lots of room for family with two kitchens providing extra refrigerators, ovens and stove tops for meals. You can roast a turkey on the main level, a ham in the oven upstairs and a roast on the gas grill out back! Large ceilings upstairs allowed you to pick out that nice Christmas tree in the woods and it still fits inside when you bring it home!

While parents have a "home of their own" - you enjoy your own space upstairs. The upstairs level, added in the 1990's features an abundance of skylights.  You can recline in the master bathroom soaker tub, and watch the stars drift by. The cedar closet is large enough to handle both winter and summer wardrobes. Also wonderful for family and friends is the Great Room upstairs. A large open area includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms.  The oversized master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool. Plus two additional bedrooms and plenty of closets.

If you need to run out somewhere your children will not be alone in the house, with Grandma and Grandpa right downstairs.  You can set up a big screen TV in the recreation room on the lower level to watch movies or play games with a nice fire in the fireplace.  In the summer, just walk out the French doors and the in-ground pool and Jacuzzi await in a private enclosed patio area. There's plenty of additional yard containing a tree house and area where you can enjoy badminton tournaments.

Everywhere you look there is something special - the yard has something flowering year round.

Located in Williamsburg Village, an established neighborhood and oasis of mature trees. The home is situated conveniently just blocks away from the town center of Olney offering several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, several medical parks, and Montgomery General Hospital.  Your children will benefit from the Montgomery County school system and selection of private schools within the Olney area.

Barbara, this does look like the ideal setup for three generations under one roof.  We have been watching the Waltons lately...and living together under one roof worked well for them!
