When my wife and I first moved to Reston in the 1980s, Hunters Square home. It was affordable, convenient and well laid out. Still is.
What attracted my wife and me years ago still holds true in this well thought out community.
It was minutes to Jan's office, all the shopping we needed was across the street as well as mighty fine restaurants.
On those many nights we did not feel like cooking.... We just strolled across the street.
We lived in Hunters Square for 7 happy years. It was where we brought our first baby home 22 years ago.
Brand new then, it is even prettier now that the trees have matured...and it is right across the street from Hunters Woods Park which has this very nice pool.
Right in the community is this well designed tot lot.
The community is dominated by the most popular town house floor plan in Fairfax County for the 20 years ....the colonial.

Always double check the Fairfax County School Locater website by entering in the address of any home you plan to purchase.
School boundaries change and 3rd party on line school info is not always up to date or accurate.
A follow up email or phone call to the school would also be advisable.
There are more options for shopping, entertainment and dining near Hunters Square than you can shake a stick at. There is also an indoor pool and community center in the neighborhood shopping center.
You can certainly get everything for your daily needs right across the street at Hunters Woods Village Center.... which also has an indoor pool and community center!
Reston Town Center is just up the road a couple miles so all the shopping and dining establishments there are easily the disposal of Hunters Square residents.
