In order to assist those who will travel to China this summer, CAFA will offer an on-site Chinese Visa service this Saturday in the following two locations:

Required Documents for A Chinese Visa:
1) Download and fill an official China Visa application form:

2) Affix one 2"x2" color photo on the visa application form.
3) Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least one blank "visa" page.
4) Include a photocopy of your passport page that shows your name, photo, passport number and expiration date.
5) If you were born in China (Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macau), please include a photocopy of your previous Chinese Visa. If you apply a Chinese Visa for the first time, please include your original Chinese passport or a photocopy of your Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau passport or birth certificate.
6) For a child born in US, please include the following two extra documents:
6a) a photocopy of a birth certificate.
6b) a photocopy of one of the parents' green card. If both parents hold US passports, please include of a photocopy of one of parents' US passport page with photo ID.
7) Payment: the Chinese Embassy visa fee is $140/person and CAFA's shipping and handling fee is $20/person for a CAFA member and $35/person for a non-CAFA member. You may use a personal check to pay the total amount ($160 for a CAFA member, $175 for a non-CAFA member). Check payable to CAFA.

3) 申请者护照: 有效期6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照正本.
4) 复印护照首页 - 复印有姓名，照片及签名的护照页。
5) 出生在中国（含台、港、澳）且曾获发中国签证的外籍华人，须提供中国签证复印件。新换外国护照者，请提供以前去中国签证的复印件。如第一次申请签证，请提供中国护照原件。 出生于台湾或港澳的美国公民，需提供原护照复印件、原官方身份证明或出生证明复印件。
6) 在美国出生的中国血统儿童申请签证，请提供以下补充资料：
6a)儿童出生证复印件；
6b)儿童父母任何一方的美国绿卡、或中国护照、或美国护照的复印件（复印带照片资料页）；
7) 费用：大使馆签证费$140, 华联另收邮寄和服务费$20（华联会员优惠价），如非华联会员，邮寄和服务费是$35. 可用个人支票支付总费用: $160/华联会员, $175/非华联会员。 支票请付给：CAFA
